Chapter 1 - Progress report 3

Lil' update to what and how much is actually done for Chapter 1. As you can see, most of the major stuff is finished, but there's still a lot of smaller stuff to be done.

Chapter 1 will have three major locations. (The demo only had one). So length-wise chapter 1 will be around 2-3 hours long. If you intend on doing all the side stuff, of which there is gonna be a lot, then maybe 3-4 hours.

Since Neverfate is split into 5 chapters in total, I have decided that the game will release chapter by chapter. And since chapter 1 is more or less 50% done, I hope to finish and release it somewhere this december.

Still a ton of stuff to do for chapter 1, so I'm not so sure about the 2024 release anymore. Also there's not much to show that won't be spoiler-heavy, so instead here's the WIP version of chapter 1's cover art.

Rn I'm working on the side content that chapter 1 has to offer. It's gonna have at least 2 side quests, with some actually worthwhile rewards. Still haven't heard from JWC about the music, so who knows when that's coming
