Shortly after getting new robot attachments, Lord Amethyst and Dark Star were bored, until they found out about a certain duck from a TV show. They loved the idea of being a vigilante, but the Luigi part of them prevented any real action. so they went the route of that TV show duck; Television vigilante!
he then meets BFF, and they soon become great pals!

the "TV Duck" is Darkwing duck (the Luigi side of him made him watch DuckTales).
his concept is inspired by the new Darkwing duck.
he is a hivemind of Luigi, Nightmaric, Lunighttemare, and the rest of the Aftermaths (except Ian)
