If you've ever played the game Withered Bendy hails from, you'll know he's a fast runner. This still holds true in SFCN, but that's only when he's free from the ink pool in Cam 13.
Withered Bendy starts in Cam 13 and will slowly pull himself out of the ink, announcing when he's "almost free." At this time, quickly check Cam 13 and Overcharge him. If you don't, he'll put those legs to good use.
Be sure NOT to Overcharge him when his eyes are white, though. It's safe to Overcharge him when his eyes are red, but when they're white, all it does is free him from the ink instantly.
