Hell Artist is a mysterious being that just popped into existence along with The Ink Wanderer. Many rumor that they are of the same origin, but nobody knows for sure. Hell Artist is one of the few people in the Mythrilverse who can create anything with the flick of his wrist, making him very powerful if he makes the right objects at the right time. It is best if he isn't trifled with, unless you want on his bad side.

So my buddy Toonshow wanted me to show this. Apparently it's called The Ultimate Fusion, and it's supposed to be his strongest form ever if he can even get it.
