Debilitating Challenge- Deals reduced damage. Removed early if attacking Rikku. Fear Effect. (2)
2- Bloodletting
Rebound- If evaded, launches a second attack that is an AoE, and adds Deep Wounds to the primary target.
6- Sonic Arrow 1CD
Stun 60%
All Enemies- Dizzy, Dazed
Impact Arrow- If Evaded, Incapacitate the primary target, and add a 40% chance to stunn the other targets in a Subtle Debuff follow-up
9- Don’t Look Twice 3CD
Archer’s Ire- Attacks against this target may gain Follow-ups. The Chance for Rikku is increased and can trigger multiple times.
Scent of Weakness- Rikku preemptively counter Recharges by this character
