he belongs to Nefarious Empire.
The Leader of this Evil Fraction is Dr. Golden "Prepare-Up!".

I won't go into details, because I've already written about him before, a short reminder:

He's a Replica and a Realistic Imagination of Silent "Player-On!", connected and living in hers Memory.

Also, he appears in "Stellar Showoff!" as Union Stellar Infinite and he's the 4th Member of the Stellar Band.
