In case of Reverie Stellar Shadow Sonic, he belongs to Nefarious Empire.
The Leader of this Evil Fraction is Dr. Golden "Prepare-Up!"/VJ Stellar Golden.

A Techno Styled Dark Bluish/Purple Hedgehog, infused with the power of Void.

The Mysterious Figure, whose appearance mostly resembles Anew Stellar Sonic, but also in some way, resembles Top Stellar Shadow.

He stays in the background of surroundings and makes sure, that everything is going according to plan... To HIS plan.

Fun Fact: Normally, it's a Skin for Shadow Sonic "Midnight-Up!" that takes a whole brand new role / character in this fangame.
He's not possessed by Dr. Eggman Soul "Possess-Up!" / nor being from the "Golden" line, but from the "Azure" line and yes, spoiler alert:

this is the "future" form of Anew Stellar Sonic and it seems he's looks a little bit crazed / obsessed even more with someone. Dun Dun Duuuun!

Reverie Stellar Shadow Sonic is the latest Character, that joined the Stellar Team.
