I’m not trying to attack anyone. What I saw in Cole528's post reminded me of some bigger patterns I’ve seen before, where people get really reactive and divide the world into good vs. bad, and end up turning that into hate. I brought it up because I’ve seen where unchecked thinking like that can lead, not because I think Cole is a neo-Nazi or deserves that label, I see how it came off emotionally charged and very intense, but I said what I did with concern, not cruelty or because I'm a "monster" or something. All I wanted was to see a person with this mindset reflect and acknowledge disorderly thinking. I wish people would just at least meet me half-way. I’m not here to cause pain; I’m trying to name it. And honestly, nobody’s willing to even consider that, I'm being slandered and depicted as not even human. That’s disorienting, but okay. I hope someone understands, though I feel many are committed to misunderstanding now. Honesty comes with a cost, I guess.

My goal is reflection and understanding, not sympathy.

I also feel that depression and suicide shouldn't be thrown around so freely as they should be approached with seriousness and care. Not when it is used as an avoidance of accountability for unhinged or toxic behavior as it can be seen as a diversion to the real issue.
