Settings Menu Reveal! [WIP]

Settings/Options Menu has been Finalized and the player can now Fully Customize They're Experience!

If I'm being honest. I don't like seeing mobile ports for my games without my permission. even if it says unofficial. but even with permission from me, I'm still not comfortable with a mobile port of a CANCELLED PROJECT!
