Finally began remaking the Never Lake section

Ok. Got substantial work done. So for the first major teaser, here is a camera.

Underwater Ruin overhaul. ( Also added sounds for when tails walks on dead animals )

"Fly me to the moon, Let Tails play among the stars"

Special stage update 2. Better lighting, new skybox , jumping added, and the camera has been fixed to some extent
