Come playtest the combat demo!

I will soon be releasing Through The Ages' first combat demo. This will be a closed alpha test available from 09/10/2023 to 09/24/2023. (I had to postpone a week.) If you would like to be involved, please comment below! (You must have a gamejolt account.)

It will be free to play with a name-your-price option. Try it out, and if you like it, consider donating money to help bring this project to fruition! If you donate $10 or more, you will receive a free copy of the game when it is released. (Or, heaven forbid, a refund if the game never releases.)

The combat demo will not focus heavily on the story aspect of this game. Rather, it is a tool for gathering player feedback and balancing combat encounters. It's a great opportunity to try out the 10 different character classes, their subclasses, and their talents and ideals. You will have the opportunity to create a team of Guardian Heroes and participate in an arena. After you've beaten the arena once, you can try it again with tougher enemies!

You will also get a taste of the Sanctuary, an area that allows heroes to be immortalized in stone and their weapons passed down to future generations.

Good luck, Guardian!

Runestones: from concept to in-game model🗿

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
