Yo, what's up everyone? Creator of KDLA here (which I assume is the game everyone has followed me from). I just wanted to make a quick personal announcement in the spirit of pride month! Basically, I recently discovered that I'm actually trans, lol. EDIT: I think I've FINALLY come up with a good username--just call me BeamyCat, or for short, call me Amy (she/her)!

I feel great after coming to this discovery, but also a little nervous. I've felt disconnected from my work and online presence since I came to my realization, so I guess I'm looking for kind of a soft reset. I still want to make games and make videos, and I even want to get into streaming! But I can't do that under a profile that isn't really me. So, I'm changing my name and online presentation to better match who I really am. Also, I just graduated from college, so hopefully I'll have more time to focus on making games and other content!

I will be scrapping some of my old YouTube videos since they were content that were reflective of my old persona and I'll be taking a hiatus from making my long form retrospective content, but I'm hoping in a year or two I'll be able to return to making those types of videos, since they're really fun to make!
