Old Sugar 2022 is a bonus model to the TRTF 3 map, also this version was supposed to appear in TRTF 3 NC (DLC) as an additional enemy in the new mode and custom night.

Old Sugar 2024 is currently the current version, which will appear in TRTF 3 NC already as a replacement for Kitty Fazcat + it will have unique mechanics.
