Concept [10] - See who has downloaded games and view their stats in them! See who has completed the game via the star badge next to their profile picture. Quickly access all the users comments under the game to get their opinion.
I could expand upon this feature and give previews to other details of this feature such as filtering users who downloaded by last played, trophy's, time played, who completed so you can read their comments and get peoples opinion before buying/downloading a game.
