004, meowth (wip name) the sand dollar Pokémon: these Pokémon are usually quite lazy but when treasure or something shiny is mentioned they get really eager to find it, in the old days pirates usually had this Pokémon as a partner.

008, pikachu (wip name) the fire cracker Pokémon: these Pokémon are known for their seemingly endless energy and are known to run about towns and forests causing small fires.

They idea for the Pokémon swaps is usually mythicals and legendaries would swap (like mew and mewtwo), 2 Pokémon trios would swap (the legendary birds and jynx, magmar, and electabuzz) for the starter with the idk what to call them but the “mascot”/the most rememberable of the region (example already shown)
