After 2-3 Mins for Idle, (2nd Sprite) She will Sound her Device to rally Characters
(3rd Sprite) During the 30 sec Following this rallying call, All Nearby Characters, Including her, Become Nelsana-Powered
Nelsana-Powered Characters within the Radius emit Force Field, Follow her way, Immune to BSODA, Gotta Sweep, And other Projectiles
