Apparently there are people who legitimately doubt that I am the real Emil Macko. To prove that I am the real Emil Macko I am going to link this News-Article in a post on each of my other major accounts (YouTube, Twitter, and Tumblr).

Some of you apparently also don’t realise my ownership of characters such as Candy The Cat, Cindy The Cat, The Penguin, and all the other characters I have made as fan material for FNAF.
Which is why I will now take the time off my evening to explain how this works;

Any image you use of my characters (or any given image by me) that is created by me, is automatically under copyright, that I own. Any of my images you use in your fangames without permission (permission I will never give) immediately qualifies your game/game-page/images for removal by the staff of that site. Which means that if you use my images for showing off your game, or use them directly in your game, I can have the game/page/image removed on any site that acts on any kind of copyright-related issues. This is because the images that I create are my property. You may show off the images in videos on websites such as YouTube, or share my images on social websites (such as Tumblr, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) as long as you don’t claim that you have created/or own the images. And further, if anybody asks who made the images you can either answer something like “Emilmacko made these images”, or don’t answer at all.
(Or simply credit me with my name in the description, people will be able to Google my name, so a link is not necessary. Though a link would make it easier for your viewers/fans)

Before anybody mentions something related to “Fan-Art”, saying stuff like “Scott owns your images because they are Fan-art of FNAF”, please allow me to further explain;
If I had made my images of Candy The Cat and the others where you could (for example) see Freddy Fazbear in the background, THEN Scott Cawthon would own my images to some extend, because Freddy (probably) is a copyrighted character, under the ownership of Scott, using him in my images with or without permission, makes the image Scott’s, whether it be half or the entire ownership of the image.

TLDR:
I am the real Emil “Ace” Macko (or Emilmacko), proof is on my social sites.
I have copyright on all of the images that I have made.
Scott Cawthon owns nothing about/in my images of my characters.
