Conclusion of 2020

Hello, I'm back here, as always. Writing another post with hope that I'll express everything I've had in mind for the past weeks and put it all right. So let's try that

This year had been very saturated. Most of its part people disliked, but of course, positives were too. For an introverted person like me with pure love to fan game development it was a joy to stay at home and making games for you. And guess I can say that progress I've made was good. Through this half of a year I finally was able to put this account to use and rolled out 2 projects. Am I happy with them? I can say yeah. They are not perfect, but they really helped me to gain more skill, considering the fact that they both have been made in 1.5 months each. And that's not the only thing. I learnt GameJolt API, started using Alterable Values instead of Counters, it's some really important knowledge I've got thanks to these projects. But of course, how can I not mention spending first half of the year on my main account. Speaking of which, I'm finally coming back to.

Don't get me wrong, your support here has indeed been incredible. Throughout this time I've gained over 300 followers here. Maybe it's not a big number for someone, but when I actually think about, it's a huge amount of people who care about what I'm doing. And your attitude is seen everywhere; whenever I leave a comment, it's always getting top-liked, whenever I post something, you are ready to communicate with me. And important to know, we did it in half of a year, while my main account reached 500+ in 4 years. Maybe I just should be more active there? That's why I'm saying this. Time for me to come back. I never planned my second account to overtake the main one anyway. After all, this is where all started.

Also I had thoughts of 2019 vs 2020 as some people had too. What can I say, first I really appreciated 2019, but the only good thing happened then is OWAS' release. With that old laptop I barely made it through the final months of development, I was really stressed with everything at a time, now I don't even know why I liked that year. 2020 on the other hand wasn't that bad, OWAS updates, new laptop, this account, it wasn't that bad. It was really good even. Of course I felt sad for some reasons at times, while being on this account, but not like I didn't feel the same on the main account. Though, it was only at start, so maybe it won't happen here again.

I spent all day backing up files for FFPS OCN and FWR, so they won't be lost. Then I felt like I literally had nothing to do after that, felt something that I mentioned above. I've been feeling nostalgic while checking my old posts, One Week at Springtrap page overall. That made me want to come back already, but I kept in mind that I moved here for a reason, to wait for the 'after storm' period, which in this case, means more free time and motivation. Since winter holidays are coming, my switch-over is even more reasonable. Thank you for playing the games I've released this year, maybe I didn't express everything on my mind as I originally planned, but at least I was able to express how important you are to me. That's it people, stay awesome.
