Added three new monsters - Vegetoid, Napstablook and Toriel.

Added upgrading of monsters. Each monster can be upgraded to 6 LV. Upgrades improves HP and Max. Energy.

Added artifacts.

Artifacts are special passive abilities.

You can get an artifact from the skin box with a 1/30 chance after the monster reaches 6 LV.
