Around Quaid City there are construction sites you can pick a style of building and purchase it the building will take a few days to build depending on is size, however once built you can access a menu from your holocell and customise your corporation from the logo which will appear on billboards around the city to hiring staff to work for you.

You can choose a legal business and an illegal business you don’t have to have an illegal business but if you do it will effect the city around you.

if you choose to create/sell weapons more people in the district the business is in will carry weapons but then weapons will become cheaper for you to purchace for yourself.

but you will see more crime in that district meaning more stores will close down making them unavailable.
