when B13CW sent us the track for Cortex's Airship i immediately took it and ruined it
The demo track for what became the Junkyard Hub theme. I really enjoyed how final and almost melancholy this sounded and felt this would be perfect for the last hub, so B13CW ended up making the final mix more gritty sounding to fit the Junkyard.
The original track for the Brio Mindscape. It was originally a remix of Generator Room rather than Brio's theme from Crash 2 but the overall mood is exactly the same.

This is probably the first concept I've done for psyched out period, even before the city piece. I originally envisioned mindscapes to be much more abstract and wacky but decided when I put more effort into art direction to make things more grounded (1/2)
coco had a victory pose for when you completed a stage but since you could never play as her before all the towers got destroyed this ended up going unused. The code for it to work remains but we clearly didnt think this out lol
