Could it be possible?

Do you think there will soon be an FNAF fan game that has a similar atmosphere to the old games from the 2010s? (Like Slenderman, Slendytubbies, Dream Fallen, and Jeff the Killer.) Because the scariest part of the game was the complete silence, you never knew when the creature stalking you would appear, or if it would at all.

I'm not saying that the graphics have to be bad or realistic to be good, because I think what helps the most is the atmosphere and the feeling of unease you get, the whole point was that you never really knew when it might appear, whether by surprise or right in your face. I think that was the reason older games were so scary: there was too much silence, and darkness reigned.

This is what FNaF 1 was like when it first came out: you were in a place that was lit up, with everything else in darkness. The animatronics weren’t intentionally designed to be terrifying, they were unsettling because their cute appearance was deceptive, and it got even worse when you were in dark places, or even when you didn’t realize they were moving. I think this earns it extra points because FNaF was the viral horror sensation of 2014 and 2015 (I think even FNaF 2 was too scary; by FNaF 3, I think it started to lose that spark of horror).

Well, some time has passed, so I'm going to share a Cakebear model I made (this was the first one before it was changed). Honestly, I really like how it turned out, even though it was scrapped. Even though the fan game has been canceled.
