CP42 Days - Devlog launched

Hello folks,

I have decided to share with you progress of development my new side project - a 42 days cyberpunk life simulator.

Let’s imagine that you are a young cowboy hacker who got seriously screwed by his latest employer and as a result only 42 days of life are left. Your only hope are the latest nano technologies - an ability to upload your neural network to cybernet, to translate yourself into next gen AI. However, to succeed - you need to collect several modules responsible for digitizing various parts of your corpse. Well, body - for next 1000 hours.

Game technologies / development setup:

  • Godot Engine,

  • Gimp

  • Blender,

  • Bitwig Studio,

everything running on Ubuntu Xenial.

Game will be happening in two parallel worlds - a real life and a virtual reality.

Stay alive and connected for the news!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.
