Creating a new area for a "Vega Base" in Downtown Olathe. Party members you recruit will appear here, and will be in downtime for as long as you stay. You can also change your Party here. Don't get too cozy though, Downtown is NOT a place to call home.

So! Things have been goin'. Still got a lot to do. Many routes to work on. But finally some post-downtown stuff as I shift gears.
