When I play Black Mesa, I still don't understand how this is the same engine that Half Life 2 was made on.

Materials and textures are being improved!

They should make a Half-Life 2 mod where these two fight

There was also a sort of prequel novel/comic to Insanity being planned, focusing entirely on the main antagonist, who was going to be a being of "agony" who manifests as Cakebear.
