This art/game jam was made with Crocotile 3D in mind, though you can also participate with other kind of software. And yup, you read it right, it's both an art and game jam! The jam will start in April 1 (when the theme will be announced) and will last until April 8. To participate, just press the "Join Jam" button on the link shared above, and upload your entry when the submission period (April 1 to April 8) starts

In the link above there's also some resources for this, such as a primitives pack for Crocotile 3D, or programs to make your textures (such as Aseprite)
