"The Ukrainian government is very similar to the autocracy in Russia"
"It isnโt just similar it is a much worse version of it!"
This line stands out to me, somehow despite having a system where any opposition to the government is assassinated/poisoned/executed/imprisoned Russia is apparently the better one here? So because Zelenskiy captured one of Vladamir's closest allies in Ukraine, Ukraine is somehow worse than Russia? There is no logic here. I feel like it needs to be explained who Medvedchuk actually is, Viktor Volodymyrovych Medvedchuk is a Pro-russian far right politician and the People's Deputy of Ukraine, he is the leader of the organization called "Ukrainian Choice" a organization opposed to Ukraine joining the EU preferring they join the Eurasian Economic Union instead. It has been known to be a far right pro-Russian organization and was stated by former Ukrainian president Leonid Makarovych Kravchuk (who is also Ukraine's first president) that "The Ukrainian Choice is not a Ukrainian choice, but a choice of Russia in Ukraine".
It may be easy to dismiss these people (in the comment sections) as simply bots but as hard as it is to accept these are for the most part, real people with real families and real lives and jobs. Heck, your own family members could be one of them. While some are pure Pro-Russians and have long since passed the line where they can no longer be helped many others I believe still have some shred of humanity left in them. I understand why people would not be able to believe these are real people and I can see why, it is already very hard to believe somebody as horrible as Vladamir exists but to believe that there are so many of these people who dismiss the war crimes committed by Russia as necessary to purge the country of neo-nazis or simply believe Zelenskiy as a comedian who is incapable of running the country and should surrender to Russia. All and All, it is looking like there is more supporters of Putin's War in the US, Canada and the EU then there are in Russia.
