Funny how I can make a good sprite by taking a pre-existing sprite and adding to it. Funny how that works out. (I recreated the Sonic 2 sprites, they don't use the original palettes.)

Yeah, the hair was kinda an afterthought in this one.

my terrible progress

here's my first pixel art. it couldn't save, so i had to screenshot it.

(also, slightly different button sprites! wow! they aren't as terrible as my art!)

(at least i think they look better than most of my art)
