First time sketching sonic

Based on the toei version, but I'm trying to make it fit into my artstyle, being the reason why he looks kinda boxy

first image is my most recent finished drawing, the other two were from a few months back

this is of course my first stage in actually drawing, and I've actually made a few improvements along the way

(characters aren't mine, these are friends' characters)
