Currently there is no way to convert sb3 files to apk so they are provided as html files.

Engine update. The engine code that I was using until recently was starting to get pretty weird, so I moved to a framework that I'm currently developing. In addition to that, I made some changes to Sonic's abilities.
Well, it's been eight months, but here's the progress
