This version of Freddy originates from a fnaf fan-game called Last Three Weeks, created by @MrFNaF6392 
(Go follow him btw, he's a great developer!). In Re-drawn he is an unlockable custom night cameo-character.
Game mechanic
LTW Freddy works together with another custom night character, 202020. To get rid of 202020, you need to use the controlled shock on the camera, where you see his eyes. But, if his eyes are pixelated, do NOT use the shock, or LTW Freddy will kill you. Instead, use the heater on that camera to get rid of Freddy. After that, 202020 will change his position. Find him again and only then use the shock.
