revival of D.I.C.O.B. by parasse on scratch

Context: Dicob was a camp that got canceled because no one cared. I TECHNICALLY won (ask parasse) because I asked if I did. so yeah, I will host the revival season 2.

RULES:

1.Anyone can join, but I don't keep up with scratch drama, so tell me if any bad apples try joining (they will not join)

2. you have 3 strikes. after getting 3, you are auto ELIMINATED.

3. Missing a submission without telling me in advance is a strike, (depending on the situation you MIGHT not get a strike)

4. Inappropriate contest submissions can also result in a strike. Keep it Family friendly!

5. Joke/Meme characters are okay, but are less likely to join
