damn i almost had a panic attack


so my mom's ex owns a lot of guns and uhh he wasnt the best I have traumatic experiences with him so i get really anxious around gun shots and someone knocking at the door or loud noises for reasons ill talk about another day but anyway yea i heard a gun shot and kinda freaked out-
