Although it's a semi chibi version, but this is how Surge looks in Fierce Forces.
The newest Character and more specifically the name of the Clone:
Dance Martial Artist Surge who belongs to the faction: Nefarious Empire
of Dr. Golden "Prepare-Up!"
Her role is to entertain the guests during the day, showing her skill at art of dance... Additionally, she has two Dance Fans. However, she is not only good at dancing but can also demonstrate some martial arts and the combination of these two can create quite a challenge for the opponent.
During the night, she is trying to capture Silent "Player-On!/Avatar-On!"
(just as the rest of Clones and Animatronics in Fierce Forces)
Her design was based on one of the concept art and her hairstyle refers to her first appearance ideas:
