Dancing Queen concept

Dancing Queen is the name of our entry for the GameJoltContest10.

The concept is quite simple : you’re a girl new to town. There is a party to vote for “Miss City”, and you want to meet people there. Make friends fast and understand what people like for them to be your friend.

Main tricks are that if you speak or are friend with one people, another might be bothered. Some people just don’t like if you’re speaking with their nemesis. We will be introducing social issues like homophobia and exclusion through this game. The player will have a lot of choice and many scenario might occur through the game.

The result at the moment is quite complex, so we hope we’ll be able to make it fully as we want it to be.

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.
