Dandy [Read Article]

OK, so this is a bit of a oddball. I made the base for this motherfucker in scratch, then I converted it to a PNG and shaded it in IbisPaint. This feels like cheating to me. Should I shade in scratch only or should I do more of this hybrid style?

I'll let you decide.
