In this AU, black and white toons are not perceived as ordinary toons (in other words, racism). Razzle 'n' Dazzle are victims of ridicule for this reason and in response they mock colored toons, taking revenge on them. Razzle 'n' Dazzle doesn't matter which toon gets in the way if the toon has a color that is not part of their palette.
