Kinda based on a part of Bill's monologue “Time is dead and meaning has no meaning”, if taken in a literal way. Dark is confirmed to use time manipulation, Zilch might kill him so no one would be able to stop him.
“Is the manipulator using another manipulator?” Sort of. The reason why Zilch forms a group to commit genocide against the shallot aliens is kinda too deep in the rabbit hole, only a few spoilers will be given.
