Day 10 | Tangible Progress


Okay I had a little breakthrough today and I realised just how cruel I’m going to be to these poor egos! ^-^’

I bought some horror and modern style tiles for this project as I don’t think I could effectively make the game with stuff from the middle ages trying to serve as a computer and other things. But with the horror pack came some VERY interesting tiles and oh ho ho boy! Can I not wait for you all to see what I have done (though I think dearest Wilford can ;D )

And here I though I’d be unruly levels of cruel to Dark (since he’s my favourite) but I have a sneaky feeling that he’s going to get off lighter than some others.

But aside from that dip into my sadism, some more maps have been constructed and the breakthrough was me realising there was a way to put the egos in ‘cells’ so to speak. This was trying beforehand as the bars would only face forward or ‘back’ as many of you know since RPG maker is all about that pseudo 3D goodness. Though I have discovered a lovely square tool that shall help greatly with proceedings >:3

Though I shan’t say anymore for fear of spoiling things! But my drive to make this game has gone up at least 10 points now!

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
