Day 2


I stayed awake a little longer than expected this evening, and as I’m not in holidays I don’t have any other choices… But I did what I planned to do, the game mecanics are working nicely, so that from now I’ll only have to focus on all the ambiance stuff (graphics, music, and sfx).

Tomorrow evening I’ll work on the scenery. I have a precise idea of what I want to create, but I’m not yet quite sure of how doing it. But if by chance I’m done with it in the evening, I could spend the all the day after on the character animation, which with my zero-skills in animation won’t be too much…

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
