In some gameplay videos, you can see this wheel, but why is it there and what it does?
It limits certain actions: closing the door requires you to hold left click for about 1 second, so you can't spam the doors.
The time to do actions is depends on which action you are doing, closing the doors is fast, but teleporting somewhere may take longer, and you need to think if it is worth doing!.
