Improvements/Bug Fixes to existing content

  • Fall Damage now slows players down and gives them stun animation for a while

  • Windows are giving Mr.Peterson a alert after destroy

  • Spectator mode/state got reworked

  • Various improvement to game optimization has been made

  • Mr.Peterson gets a long stun after death now(before was teleported to his room)

  • Spawning as the neighbor class got reworked

  • Player Animator got completely reworked

  • Most of the Game UI got reworked

  • Character Selection got reworked

  • Some of the Item sockets got updated

  • Medkit model got visual update

  • DbN2 Mr.Peterson base skin got Updated to match Visual Revamp

  • Food items now heal the player

  • Mr.Peterson shovel hold animations got changed to look better in first person camera

  • Improved Gas Can Item

  • Items are disappearing from hand when stunned

  • Mr.Peterson shovel got unique sounds

  • Player that holds the diary gets an outline now (after dropping the diary it gets an outline too)

  • (Balance Change) The movement speed of all characters has been slowed down

  • (Balance Change) Character Movement “in air” mobility has been limited

  • (Balance Change) Fall Damage is now more “forgivable”

  • (Balance Change) Player can’t jump in Glue anymore

  • (Balance Change) Sawmill map has less objectives to do

  • (Balance Change) Speedbars give players less speed boost

  • (Bug Fix) Shovel Attack hitbox should no longer remain attached to the player after player dies

  • (Bug Fix) Crouch speed is no longer the same as walk speed

  • (Bug Fix) Speedbar speed boost is no longer stackable

  • (Bug Fix) Trinity’s dress physics should no longer make questionable things

  • (Bug Fix) LOD’s of items should no longer flicker

  • (Bug Fix) Fixed Maritza not showing up for other players after changing character to her (In Lobby)

  • (Bug Fix) Fixed Light in Quentin’s van being placed incorrectly

  • (Bug Fix) Windows should no longer flicker when you get close to them

  • (Bug Fix) Fixed Yellow lamp not being toggleable

  • (Bug Fix) Male kids characters should no longer use jump sounds as a hurt noises

  • (Bug Fix) Various issues with Quentin spawn were fixed

Technical Updates

  • Unity Engine version updated from 6000.0.40f1(Unity 6.0) to Unity 6000.3.0f1 (Unity 6.3 LTS) (May cause some issues!)

  • Vegetation shader got upgraded from TVE Lite to TVE “Pro” giving the vegetation better shading and look

  • AfterGear’s Lerp Anim tool got updated giving cabinets,cupboard etc. better and more smooth opening and closing animations

  • Updated Photon Fusion to a newer version giving us more smooth Player synchronization and more!

  • Cozy Weather Updated to a newer version (can cause some issues! if you noticed that there is something wrong with the sky or weathers report that to us)

  • The game now uses Deferred+ rendering instead of Forward+ making the game more optimized but may make it not work on older devices

  • some improvements to player login  were made that should remove most of the issues with logging in

  • thanks to some network optimization the game should work more smoothly on weaker internet

  • Various optimization to AfterGear’s shaders were made

  • Thanks to texture, mesh and code optimization the game should use less RAM/VRAM memory (we live in dark times…)
