-Removed Judgement Hall Cutscene Due of a bug that dosent allow people to do 2nd Run. (Replaced with Immediate Battle)
-Fixed An Issue where Health Would Go 100 After Dying on Healing/ACT Attack.

-Fixing The Issues in Settings (Menu & SFX Volume Not Tracking Volumes, Border)
