So, if anyone seeing this is a Linkin Park fan, you'd know about their new album "From Zero". The name is supposed to be referencing the idea of starting from zero. From nothing.
However, it has a second meaning which lies in the first ever version of Linkin Park.
Before Chester Bennington (Rest in peace) was a vocalist for Linkin Park, someone named Mark Wakefield was the vocalist of the band instead. And back when Mark was the band's vocalist, the name of the band was "Xero".
Demo tapes from Xero have been digitised and uploaded to many parts of the internet, meaning you can simply search up "Xero demo tape" and find the 4 main songs which were on these demo tapes. Infact, the end of the song "Overflow" in the new album actually features a small snippet of one of these demo tape songs.
It was when Mark quit to pursue other things, and Chester took his place, that the band was renamed to "Linkin Park" and became what it is today.
The first image in this post, was the album cover for the Xero demo tape.
Does this count as art? Idk myself tbh. Seems more like just graphic design, which I guess counts as art in some circumstances...I'll understand if this gets ejected.
