Concept Version of the engine

Starting Progress over again because this was really just to get the idea out of my head.

Saw Fadel's Sonic Fighting Game roster video and decided to make my own. I'm not gonna explain the mechanics of each character but go ahead and ask away. I think a game like the SF alpha series or SF3S would be cool.
