This is a hotfix for Android exclusively to ONCE AND FOR ALL FIX THE ANDROID CRASH ISSUES.
If this doesn't work I'm cancelling the Android port.
Change Log
* The exception handler will no longer generate a log file on Android.
* Fixed an Android crash involving the title screen.
