DELTATRAVELER - v3.0.2 Update


Hi! It's been a while, hasn't it? Well, I've been a bit busy with my life. Mostly being depressed, but still!!! I should probably write a progress update soon.

So, new patch, right? Fixes, nerfs, quality of life stuff, etc. Well, we got a *little* carried away and added a bunch of new features, too. Most notably, autorun, running animations, and new UNOTRAVELER tracks. Shout out to UNDERTALE Yellow, by the way.

This is a slightly condensed list of changes:


General

+ Running animations. They're turned on by default and can be turned off if the player doesn't like them.

+ Auto-Run option.

+ Hard difficulty for secret minigame.

* Finished unarmed Susie.

* New End Flowey iteration. (very cool)

* Fixed pencil attack animation using the wrong version of the sprites, fixing the eye not appearing when they use the animation in Section 3.

* Fixed some issues with corrupted SAVE files.

* Fixed Mini Party Member HP in training mode.

* "How about I do it anyway?"

* Prevented incompatible SAVE files from being loaded.

* Improved SAVE corruption detection.

* Improved SAVE reading.

Section 1

* Title card now appears in all playthroughs.

* Removed Section 1 credits, due to them being redundant.

Hard Mode

* Frisk now runs faster to accomodate for the new run animation.

* Frisk now has an alternate sprite set for an alternate route.

* Improved some Frisk sprites.

* Removed original hard mode credits. The full game credits now play after the ending (will be semi-specialized in a future version).

Section 2

* Fixed the SOUL not being pulled out of the battle box during Mondo Mole's claw attack.

* Nerfed Porky's HP and DEF.

Section 3

* Sans has more nerfs if you have 0 EXP.

* Reworked some lines and scenes that were controversial.

* Old Tutu detail.

* Susie and Noelle no longer fall under the ice if Kris doesn't.

* Fixed party HP not being updated during the spears cutscene when you aren't at full HP.

* Attempted to fix hidden boss being able to be hit when sparable

* WILD REVERSE CARD color now affects more instances of the player's SOUL.

* SAVE file Papyrus is now visible (he was accidentally off screen lmao)

* Added a "Smack" ACT for Feraldrake to make the fight less confusing for pure pacifist players.

* Alternate route has some removed gags.

* New Frostermit

* Encounterer exclaim point now isn't displaced from Kris's position.

* Some quality of life improvements involving the chase scenario and the bridge.

* Added a Distraction indicator to Greater Dog and Sans.

* Fixed the SOUL going out of the box at the end of the Feral Chilldrake fight

* Fixed Susie and Noelle's ACTs in the hidden boss pre-fight

UNOTRAVELER

+ Added a few UNDERTALE Yellow music tracks.

* You can no longer draw more than 30 cards if you have a playable card in UNO

* Made a couple of pre-existing tracks have more accurate backgrounds.

* Inaccessible in alternate route.
