Recently, I decided to pick up the development of Dem Zombies again. This time though, I made it in Unity3D instead of XNA 4.0. I picked up a notepad and started to design the changes I wanted in the game, the features I missed.
Each time I’ve developed something, I made a gif to show the progress, displaying it on Twitter and on my website (@Joccish and jocce.com respectively).
The easiest way to show all the progress so far would be to show the playable remake prototype (the Unity one), but this time, I think I’ll hold on to the prototype a bit longer before letting people play it.
The old version (the XNA version) is still playable on the Gamejolt and will still be available for a bit longer, but I’ll replace it with the new prototype when it’s ready.
So, instead of publishing the exact same content twice (minus the gifs - the most interesting part), I’ll just refer to the twitter account mentioned ealier, and the post on my website I wrote.
I hope that you will find the content interesting and hopefully try the XNA prototype on Gamejolt if you haven’t already. I think it’s worth a download at least =)
