New title screen for demo 2

The Neighbor can sleep Peacefully after Demo 3 is released

Plus I figured out how to make a jupscare animation so when i go back to FNAFE It will have proper jumpscare animations

Im remaking it anyway XD

made the room look a bit more "cosy"
