Demo Canonization


Hey guys,
I wanted to explain something regarding this upcoming update.

I aimed a little too high with the original project of Ventures, it was a little too big in my opinion, I feel that the demo should have been what the game was supposed to be, something small, and unique like it is.
Ventures is the bridge between FNW39 and FNW39 II and I planned on dragging that bridge out too far.

So in conclusion, I am canonizing the events of the Demo and making it the official game, with the Main cancelled build becoming a scrapped build.

I will say I could have put some more planning into Ventures originally so this wouldn’t happen, but I hope you guys understand, and are ready for what may come next.

Next up

The upcoming Ventures update will feature overhauled pre-rendered cutscenes with new dialogue, alongside many other quality of life updates.

Coming eventually.

I'm less obsessed with green now, and more obsessed with green AND purple together, the most color combo of all time >:D

The upcoming Ventures update will bring some updated music into the mix, courtesy of the original creator: Søundbøx.

Foxioo's static shader is quite satisfying to look at, still got a few kinks to iron out though.
